What we collect

When you use the contact form or the membership enquiry form, we collect the name, phone number, email address and any other details you choose to enter. We also record the IP address the message was sent from, which helps us deal with spam and misuse.

How we use it

Enquiries are used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up on membership interest. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Member information

Members' contact details are not published on the public website. They are visible only to signed-in members, and only where the member has agreed to share them.

Photographs

We publish photographs from club meetings, projects and events to record our service work. If you appear in a photograph on this site and would like it removed, please contact us and we will take it down.

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not use tracking or advertising cookies. When a member signs in, we store a session token in the browser so the member area knows who you are. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Keeping information

Enquiries are kept while they are being dealt with and for club records afterwards. You may ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you.
